Getting to know Los Pasos Agency is getting to know me. My name is Jorge Fernando Pinillos Jr., and in this photo, I’m honored to present my loving girlfriend, supporter, and business partner, Kendy Morphew!
I’m a first-generation American, raised by two loving and hardworking parents, Fernando Pinillos and Ena Pinillos, who taught me the value of earning my keep and understanding the true worth of a dollar. For the last nine years, my family, along with my sister, Gabriela Wilson (honored to have a brother-in-law like Joey Wilson, hence the name change), worked together to nearly double my parents’ business.
In March of 2024, I made the decision to pack up my things and my pup, Sophia, and start a new life in Austin, TX. This transition allowed me to move into a new industry and launch my own marketing organization, Los Pasos.
Through my partnership with PHP Agency, I’ve earned the title of Director, forming lasting relationships with families and businesses in Austin, all while working with some of the most secure and respected Life and Retirement companies in the nation.
Why I Started Los Pasos
Funny enough, life insurance and financial planning weren’t always on my radar. But when I was 22/23, I started hearing about life insurance and its long-term benefits. That’s when I got into stocks and realized how powerful it was to actively take control of my money.
Watching my money move and grow showed me that financial security isn’t just for the wealthy—it’s for anyone willing to take the right steps.
That’s why I started Los Pasos—to help families and business owners take control, build wealth, and create legacies that last. No one should feel lost when it comes to their financial future, and my goal is to make sure they don’t
